Safari が今年の 9/1 以降、13ヶ月以上経過した SSL/TLS 証明書を受け付けなくなる…？短い期間で証明書を更新しろ、ということか: "Apple drops a bomb on long-life HTTPS certificates: Safari to snub new security certs valid for more than 13 months"
